MCW Apply ("Platform", "we", "us") is an international online gaming platform operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between MCW Apply and its users.

- These Terms and Conditions apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

- An internet connection is required to use MCW Apply's services. MCW Apply is not responsible for any issues arising from connectivity problems.
- Users accessing MCW Apply from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own country.
2Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account on MCW Apply, the following conditions must be met. Accounts found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions may be terminated at any time.
- Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with MCW Apply. We may request a national ID or other documentation to verify your age at any time.
- One Person, One Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts and associated funds being forfeited.
- Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Your name, mobile number, email address, and payment details must all be correct.
- Password Security: Keep your account password confidential. MCW Apply will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your password with another person.
- Restrictions for Professional Players & Staff: MCW Apply employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on MCW Apply games.
Warning: Opening an account using a fake identity, another person's details, or false information is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on MCW Apply. Following these rules ensures your transactions are processed quickly and securely.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on MCW Apply is ৳200. Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT.
- Deposits from Your Own Account: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours. However, pending KYC verification or large withdrawal amounts may require additional time.
- KYC Verification: KYC verification is required for withdrawals above a certain limit. You will need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.
- Anti-Money Laundering: MCW Apply strictly adheres to international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Suspicious transactions will be subject to additional review before being processed.
- Failed transactions: If a deposit fails for any reason, please contact our support team. MCW Apply does not charge any additional fees for failed transactions.
4Bonus & Promotions Policy
MCW Apply's bonus and promotion offers are designed exclusively for our members. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed. MCW Apply reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer under its Terms & Conditions.
- Welcome Bonus: New members receive a welcome bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. Specific wagering requirements apply, which are detailed on the bonus page.
- Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the required wagering amount. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳30,000 in bets.
- Bonus validity: Every bonus must be used within its specified timeframe. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
- Bonus abuse is prohibited: Misuse of the bonus system, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, and promotion arbitrage are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
- Reload Bonus & Cashback: Regular members are eligible for weekly reload bonuses and cashback offers. The specific terms for each will be listed separately on the promotions page.

5Betting & Gaming Rules
All games on MCW Apply operate in accordance with international gaming commission standards. MCW Apply's full terms regarding betting and gaming are detailed below.
- Betting Limits: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. MCW Apply reserves the right to adjust odds during live betting.
- Technical Error: If a software or hardware error causes a win to be incorrectly displayed, MCW Apply reserves the right to void that win. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
- Match fixing & fraud: If any game, match, or event is suspected of manipulation, MCW Apply may void the related bet and take legal action if necessary.
- Live Casino Rules: In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final. If a disconnection occurs due to internet issues, the system will automatically determine the outcome.
- Sports Betting: Bets placed after a market has closed will be voided. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with MCW Apply's policy.

6Account Suspension & Closure
MCW Apply reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for any of the reasons listed below. Violations of MCW Apply's Terms and Conditions may result in the forfeiture of all account balances and bonuses.
- If you register using false or incomplete information
- If you operate multiple accounts
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system
- Involvement in money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Harassing or defrauding other players
- If an account is opened by or on behalf of someone under 18
- If you attempt to access the system through hacking, cracking, or any other unauthorized method
- Behaving inappropriately toward MCW Apply staff

7Responsible Gaming Policy
